We pride ourselves on creating a personalised experience for every guest — whether you’d like to book a consultation or simply walk in, our team is always happy to assist you in any way we can.

Bookings & Deposits

To secure your appointment, a deposit is required at the time of booking. This amount will be applied to your final bill on the day of your service.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We completely understand that life happens!

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know as soon as possible.

• Cancellations made with at least 48 hours’ notice are fully refundable.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours may result in the loss of your booking fee.

• Cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged the full service amount.

All changes or cancellations must be made by contacting the salon during business hours.
